It's Saturday!!

This sun is shining!  The sun is shining!   It makes me so happy to have the sun shinning through my Craft Studio windows!!

But, it is very deceiving.   The sky is very grey and it is so cold out!  BRRRRR...I do not like cold and snow, I was not ment to live in Southern Ontario!  I crave sunshine and warmth!!

I am staying warm and cozy in my Craft Studio finding the perfect colours for custom Baby Shower Tags and Cupcake Toppers Today!  I also cut out pieces for Mickey Mouse and Snow White Banners and I hope to get a start on an Airplane Party! I have lots to do to keep me busy!!  Crafting on a cold day is just what I need to beat these January Blues

This is only a SMALL sample of the paper I horde...I really should stop buying paper and just use what I have, but that will not happen!!  I do need to start using it, some of this paper I've had for at least 6 years!  It's just so pretty I do not want to part with it!  I'm even worse with patterned paper...

My son is helping me sort through colours, his colour choices are....interesting...at least he enjoys spending time with me while I'm working :)

Clothesline Baby Shower Favor Tags

These adorable tags were a custom request from a repeat customer who is hosting a Pink and Yellow Baby Shower for her best friend!  I am very happy with how wonderful these turned out!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Ninja Turtles are quite popular in my house!  In fact, last year, my son had a Ninja Turtle party.  This year, I am making TMNT decor for a little boy who is turning 6 next month!

Last night I was working on cupcake toppers and a banner when my own son (also almost 6) walks in and was so excited to see Shredder on my desk.  He asks me 'Did you cut out Michelangelo yet?'.  I showed him I had.  He kneels down, looks in my box.  He then looks up at me and says 'good job.  Keep up the good work mom'.

This kid cracks me up sometimes!

So today, I am finishing toppers, assembling a banner, making Hershey Kiss labels and confetti!
